Text messages from Plexworks are sent by 1001452573 Ontario Inc. DBA Plexworks. “Plexworks” is the operating name of 1001452573 Ontario Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.

How you opt in

You give consent to receive text messages from 1001452573 Ontario Inc. DBA Plexworks when you enter your mobile number in a form on plexworks.ca and tick the box agreeing to be contacted by text, or when you give us your number and consent in person, by phone or by email. We do not buy phone numbers and we do not message anyone who has not asked us to.

What we send

Messages relate to your enquiry and your project: replies to questions you have asked, scheduling a call or site visit, and updates on a site read or proposal you requested.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving messages; we do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@plexworks.ca. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the service providers we use to deliver the messages, who may not use that information for any other purpose.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
